The Paris Dispute Resolution Day is a conference day shaped by current developments.
Its central theme is the exploration of business law and dispute resolution through an economic lens — from anticipation to cost and financing. The practice of business law in France, the excellence of its jurisdictions, and the experience of its professionals position Paris as both a model and a benchmark in addressing issues at the intersection of law and economics. The insights shared by our speakers and moderators are a key driver in strengthening the international attractiveness of Paris’s economic and legal ecosystem.
